JUST Privacy Policy

The Web-page, the APP and any of our services are intended for users of 18 years old or older. We in JUST APP LLC do not knowingly collect information from younger individuals (minors).

The following information is usually requested being just a reasonable minimum required for the Web-page, the APP and other our services to function as intended and as smoothly as possible and your personal data to be valued and safe:

JUST may also collect information on your demographics: age, gender, hometown, interests, hobbies, sport experience and its level and any information regarding your actions on our APP and/or its Services.

When you access the APP or the Web-page, it automatically identifies the following:

• ● Operating system;
• ● Access times;
• ● Search terms you’ve entered into search engines to access the Web-page;
• ● Pages you’ve viewed immediately before and after accessing the Web-page.

This information is intended to improve our services and functionality but also may be used for marketing and analytics purposes.

In order to process communication and payments for inner APP subscriptions, purchases, orders, returns, and exchanges, the Web-page, the APP and other services may collect and store a small amount of financial information (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date).

There are four basic directions to apply an accurate information about you via the Web-page, the APP or by any of our services:

Legal

• ● Assist law enforcement by preventing fraudulent transactions, thefts and over criminal activity, such as intellectual rights infringement or use of foul language etc.

Business

• ● Fulfill and manage subs payment, purchases, orders and other transactions related to the APP and our services;

User Comfort

• ● Create and manage your Account;
• ● Increase the efficiency and operation of the Web-page, the APP and any other services;
• ● Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the APP, the Web-page and any other services;
• ● Offer new products, services and/or recommendations to you;
• ● Resolve disputes and troubleshooting.

Communication

• ● E-mail you regarding your Account or your activity on the APP, the Web-page and other JUST products;
• ● Enable user-to-user communications;
• ● Send you a newsletter;
• ● Respond to product and customer service requests;
• ● Notify you of updates to the APP, the Web-page and any other services;
• ● Request feedback and contact you about your use of the APP, the Web-page and any other services.

Your information may be shared for the following reasons as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation:

• ● If we believe it is necessary to respond to a legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of others;
• ● If it is required for interactions with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing assistance;
• ● To facilitate your comments, contributions, or other content to the Web-page, the APP or any its services your posts may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside JUST APP and/or Web-page in perpetuity. It may be used for social advertising;
• ● To support our affiliates, with them in turn honoring the letter and spirit of this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include companies that we control or that are under common control with us;
• ● To cooperate with our business partners in order to offer you certain products, services, or promotions;
• ● To perform analysis and devise marketing strategies with advertisers and investors;
• ● To transfer assets If we reorganize or sell all or a portion of it, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor. If JUST APP LLC goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, your information may be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that the transferee may decline to honor this Privacy Policy;
• ● We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and we have no authority to manage or control any third-party solicitations even if the said party is providing services via the APP. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.

JUST may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other location acquisition technologies on the Web-page, the APP, or any other platform connected to it in order to help customize and improve our services.

A “cookie” is a string of information which assigns you a unique identifier that is stored on your PC or other device. The browser then provides that unique identifier each time you submit a query. We use cookies on our Web-page to, among other things, keep track of services you have used, record registration information, record your user preferences, keep you logged in, facilitate search, communication and purchase procedures, and track the pages you visit. Cookies help us understand how our products are being used and improve your user experience.

In addition to cookies, we may use web beacons, pixel tags, and other location acquisition technologies to help customize our products and improve your experience. A “web beacon” or “pixel tag” is tiny object or image embedded in a web page or email. They are used to track the number of users who have visited particular pages and viewed emails, and acquire other statistical data. They collect only a limited set of data, such as a cookie number, time and date of a page or email view, and a description of the page or email on which they reside. Web beacons and pixel tags cannot be declined. However, you can limit their use by controlling the cookies that interact with them.

Our products may contain links to other third-party websites and applications, including advertisements and external services that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Web-page, the APP or any platform of our other services any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety or privacy of your information.

Before visiting and especially providing information to any third-party websites, you should familiarize yourself with the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that web-page, application etc. and should take steps necessary to, in your own discretion, protect the privacy of your information. We are not in any form responsible for the content, privacy and security practices, or policies of any third parties, including other sites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from our products.

Our products use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security of anyone’s personal information. In case your personal data is compromised we shall inform you and the relevant authorities of Republic of Armenia in no more than 72 hours since the moment we ourselves became aware of that.

When paying for an order by bank card, payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system, which has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card data, registration data, etc.) will not enter our products, their processing is fully protected and no one, including our products, can get personal and banking data of the customer. When working with card data, we apply the standard of information protection developed by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which ensures safe processing of the holder's bank card data. The applied technology of data transfer guarantees security of transactions with bank cards by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verifiedby Visa, Secure Code protocols and closed banking networks with the highest level of protection.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature to signal your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online as at the moment it is not made standard or unified. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a first reasonably possible update to this Privacy Policy.

Review or change of the information in your account is available constantly, and you can even choose to terminate your account by contacting us directly. After processing this request your account shall be deleted and all information erased from our active databases. Please keep in mind that some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshooting, to assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use and/or comply with legal requirements. You are not entitled to any claims upon utilization of your personal data exclusively for above mentioned purposes.

If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from JUST without termination of the account, you may also contact us directly and request to stop receiving these communications.
