    We in JUST APP Inc. are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. When you visit https://just.ooo ( further referred to as “Web-page”), interact with our “JUST” mobile application in Google Play, Huawei AppGallery ( further referred to as “APP”) and use any of our services, you are asked to provide some degree of personal information. This Privacy Policy helps you understand what information is being collected, how and why it is done and how this information may be used. Please read through it carefully and If you find anything that you do not agree with, please discontinue any access or use of our Web-page, the APP and all of our relevant services immediately.

    Following EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we inform you that you have the right to:

    • ● Access any and all personal data linked to you that is being processed by us. It can be done by your written request (e-mails included) and is performed free of charge. Please be advised that creation of copy of your record may take some time, but no longer than 30 calendar days.
    • ● Control and edit the information provided. You can do it either by yourself in your Account or in case the inaccurate information is out of your access, by contacting us and telling us what needs to be edited.
    • ● Object to us using your personal data based on legitimate interests according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. After receiving your objection, we are to stop using the personal data in question. The only grounds for overruling this is the presence of more compelling legal circumstances that involve your personal information.
    • ● Revoke your consent in written and explicit form and demand deletion of all processed and stored personal information. You can do it by manually deleting your account or by requesting us to proceed with deletion. Please be advised that in case you choose to do so, you can not be guaranteed further uninterrupted access to our Services. You also should know that if applicable laws force us to keep any piece of information even after account deletion or your request we would need to comply.
    • ● Contact our DPO (Data Protection Officer) or any supervisory authority in Republic of Estonia or EU if you suspect that your personal information is compromised or you need any additional explanations of yours and ours rights and obligations out of this Policy.

    This Privacy Policy may be updated regularly, so please be sure to check it from time to time to ensure that no new information goes against your initial agreement with it.

  • 1. Nature of information collected

    The Web-page, the APP and any of our services are intended for users of 18 years old or older. We in JUST APP Inc. do not knowingly collect information from younger individuals (minors).

    The following information is usually requested being just a reasonable minimum required for the Web-page, the APP and other our services to function as intended and as smoothly as possible and your personal data to be valued and safe:

    JUST may also collect information on your demographics: age, gender, hometown, interests, hobbies, sport experience and its level and any information regarding your actions on our APP and/or its Services.

    In order to process communication and payments for inner APP subscriptions, purchases, orders, returns, and exchanges, the Web-page, the APP and other services may collect and store a small amount of financial information (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date).

    There are four basic directions to apply an accurate information about you via the Web-page, the APP or by any of our services:

    • ● Increase the efficiency and operation of the Web-page, the APP and any other services;
    • ● Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the APP, the Web-page and any other services;
    • ● Offer new products, services and/or recommendations to you;
    • ● Resolve disputes and troubleshooting.

    Communication

    • ● E-mail you regarding your Account or your activity on the APP, the Web-page and other JUST products;
    • ● Enable user-to-user communications;

  • 3. Examples as to when your information may be shared

    Your information may be shared for the following reasons as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation:

If JUST APP Inc. goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, your information may be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that the transferee may decline to honor this Privacy Policy;
    • ● We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and we have no authority to manage or control any third-party solicitations even if the said party is providing services via the APP. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.

    JUST may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other location acquisition technologies on the Web-page, the APP, or any other platform connected to it in order to help customize and improve our services.

    A “cookie” is a string of information which assigns you a unique identifier that is stored on your PC or other device. The browser then provides that unique identifier each time you submit a query. We use cookies on our Web-page to, among other things, keep track of services you have used, record registration information, record your user preferences, keep you logged in, facilitate search, communication and purchase procedures, and track the pages you visit.     In addition to cookies, we may use web beacons, pixel tags, and other location acquisition technologies to help customize our products and improve your experience. A “web beacon” or “pixel tag” is tiny object or image embedded in a web page or email. They are used to track the number of users who have visited particular pages and viewed emails, and acquire other statistical data. They collect only a limited set of data, such as a cookie number, time and date of a page or email view, and a description of the page or email on which they reside. Web beacons and pixel tags cannot be declined. However, you can limit their use by controlling the cookies that interact with them.

    Our products may contain links to other third-party websites and applications, including advertisements and external services that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Web-page, the APP or any platform of our other services any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety or privacy of your information.

    Before visiting and especially providing information to any third-party websites, you should familiarize yourself with the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that web-page, application etc. and should take steps necessary to, in your own discretion, protect the privacy of your information. We are not in any form responsible for the content, privacy and security practices, or policies of any third parties, including other sites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from our products.

  • 6. Safety protocols

    Our products use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security of anyone’s personal information. In case your personal data is compromised we shall inform you and the relevant authorities of Republic of Estonia in no more than 72 hours since the moment we ourselves became aware of that.

  • 7. Do-Not-Track (“DNT”)

    Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature to signal your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online as at the moment it is not made standard or unified. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a first reasonably possible update to this Privacy Policy.

  • 8. Editing or deleting an account

    Review or change of the information in your account is available constantly, and you can even choose to terminate your account by contacting us directly. After processing this request your account shall be deleted and all information erased from our active databases. Please keep in mind that some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshooting, to assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use and/or comply with legal requirements. You are not entitled to any claims upon utilization of your personal data exclusively for above mentioned purposes.

    If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from JUST without termination of the account, you may also contact us directly and request to stop receiving these communications.
